Speaking of which... The recent P1 Wimax's Advertisement is kinda shitty...
Wonder how did the copywriter comes up with such a daring yet inappropriate tagline...
Which it's quite obvious that not only did it turn out not quite right, while succeeded in being somewhat amusing and more often or not, irritating at most.
There's a comparison of it against the tagline used by Astro in it's Advertisement Campaign of promoting it's Astro On Demand Premium Channel.

Universe, Human, Complexity

'How big is the Universe in actual?'
Somehow this question have been spinning in my mind for years.
Looking on what human are capable of for now,
maybe the question could remain as a mystery for my entire life, or beyond it.

Nonetheless, what surprises me more is the complexity of human mind, and with it, all the emotions it brings along, together with personal perceptions, thoughts, secrets, ideas and realizations.
Someone once said that if a human mind and all kinds of thoughts it bears were to be revealed out, the secret within could shock many to their feet.
Now how complex is that?

We, Humans, seem to be capable of all things,
but also seem to be capable of none,
somehow the irony in it makes us look both important and unimportant,
so what are we all, really?

Another moment of amazement falls on the way human percepts and communicates.
It never cease to amaze me how far miscommunication can go between people,
and how weak can the line that link us is,
and how pathetic one can be at times.

Are we all really that different?
Is there nothing we shared in common can overcome what we don't?
Who's God is better, does that even matters?
Maybe, only God knows.

We human are indeed complex, at times beyond our own comprehension,
but sometimes the simplicity in ourselves shows out loud, and the irony of it,
while some laugh and jeer at it, chattering about the idiocy,
others look upon it, clearly given up.

What in the world are we thinking about, really?

Humans... Malaysians...

I've been always observing how human think, act and response to consequences. The outcomes never ceased to intrigue me. How human perceptions work is, sometime, beyond my imaginations. The world now is in the state of "calm chaos", with chaos infecting the seemlingly calm world, threathening to spread out when order are not properly enforced.

Humans are a kind of life form that are supposedly 'sentient', yet sometimes some situation forced us to rethink about such statement. Let's take an example: Some humans, out of their own selfishness ,ignorance and reasons such as 'we don't have enough time to care for them', abandon their parents in a place called "old folks home", disregard the fact that their parents had sacrifice their own pleasure to care for them. Even crows, a supposedly less-sentient bird-type life form, know about caring their parents more than we human do.

Some human can be really selfish until they disregard anything beside their interest. Some, consumed by greed towards money and power, will do anything to achieve their goals. Some giant coporate ignore their social responsibility, polluting the environment while only craving for more and more profits. Some coporates in the fisrt world nation are actually being caught red-handed on discarding harmful waste to some of the third world country, without regarding the fate of the people in the country that would be harmed by the hazardous toxic waste.

Different perspectives of human aren't something to be afraid of. What should be afraid of are that some human forcefully try to brainwash other with their own perspective while rejecting other's perspectives. Such human have a certain ego that makes them think that only their views and values are the only right ones. Such moves have, and had, cause countless battles across the millennium, wars that are waged only because on one could not tolerate the view of the others.

Relatively, there are some recent event that intrigue me most, and one of them was the condemnation of the forum by the Bar Council on the issue of Islam. The Bar Council had hosted these forum to properly discuss about these issue, but some of the muslim, wrongly percieving these forums as talk to threaten Islam, and therefore decided to go against it. Nothing is wrong with opposing, but the way they acted on opposing the thought of others are more likely to be considered savage, as they rush in to the venue and rudely interrupt the forum, threatening those in the forum, acting like as if they would not tolerate anyone that voice differently. However, there are more shocking acts that came from the police and our nation's leaders. The former, who are suppose to maintain the peace, did not do so, instead allowing the opposers to gain entrance to the venue, even go as far as guiding the opposers to the hall of the forum, allowing them to rudely interrupt the forum. The latter gave statement that are disheartening, stating that none should openly discuss about these supposedly 'sensitive' issues, as if the citizens should not openly discuss about these matters. It seems that the leaders are unaware of the fact that these issues are openly discussed and sometimes debated at our local kopitiam and mamak stores. How ironic it can be?

Another one would be the attempted banning and condemnation of Avril Lavigne. As for those who aren't aware of, one of Avril's tour concert is scheduled at Malaysia, 29th of August in Stadium Merdeka. The condemnation came from the PAS youth party, stating that Avril's style and genres of songs are not suitable for the people of Malaysia, as it is 'corruptive'. - [Such statement is an heavy insult to the Canadian songstress who came from a devout baptist family, whom she herself had always shun bad influences such as drugs or multiplay. Her husband, Deryck Whibley of the Rock Band Sum 41, had previously been warned that if he wants to be with her, he must ceased his habit of taking drugs (rockers are popularly believed to use drugs, which in turn might be a truth).] Annoyingly, some minister that are in charge of overseeing the concerts held in Malaysia, turn to believing in all these misleading accuses, and attempted to ban Avril from holding concert in Malaysia, adding in some reasons, saying that it is not appropriate for such concerts to be held prior to the independence day of Malaysia (31st of August). [Subsequently, the ban is removed and the concert will go on as scheduled.]

Ironically, these are the acts of some in a country that is supposedly 'democratic'. What kind of democratic it is if people could not even voice out their oppinions and decisions? Such suppressive act are the proof that some Malaysian's mind aren't keeping up with the development of the world. They are confined, still believe in the old methods, never learn to grow and adapt, instead shunning off all the new things as "unethical", "corruptive" and "incompatible".

The world are continuously growing. Humans that could not catch up, would be left behind and leave to fend for themselves. The world has evolved into another type of "survival of the fittest", where those who are keen to learn and adapt would survive, while those who doesnt would slowly meet their demise. It's name is globalization, and it is the new game of "survival of the fittest", and looking at how Malaysians is currently doing and thinking, hope is not high that most of them will pass the test of survival.

Time to wake up, Malaysians.

Something seems to have gone awfully wrong.

Moments ago things was still running pretty smoothly.

The next moment? Everything seems to ran into the wrong path.

Just what the heck is wrong? What wrong have I done?

Let's hope this misfortune is gonna help. There's a saying like when bad luck comes, good luck would surely follows up.

Although I did have to admit part of this big time screw up of my day is partly my fault.

Improper planning screw things up. Jeez.

It's been a while

I cant remember how long exactly have I leave my blog unattended.

Probably I should check on the last post date. =/

Anyway, that doesn't matter.

So much had happened until at some point I couldn't remember them properly. Wth.

New semester seems all good to me now... except for the part that I've to wake up everyday morning at 6am or 7am for my 8.30am class, and that I have 2 period of breaks, both period 3 & 4 respectively. Wth eh?

Can't say much about it either. It was what I'd actually wished for. Being in Mr. Plouffe class is definitely much better than being in Mr. Pelland class (No offence, but I actually found that his class is actually quite boring, to be honest), and the best thing about getting into Mr. Plouffe class is... there is quite some number of familiar faces, which ease my nerves at a certain point.

Two periods of break? Even better. Other than having more rest period than usual, also i got the opportunity to join two of my favorite bunch of people for lunch, each at the 3rd period break
and the 4th period break, respectively.

The only thing sacrificed is... more time to roll on the bed on the morning. Ishk. Doesn't matter though. Planned to get up at 6am everyday for early gym training (Opens at 6.30am). Haha.

The timetable schedules freakin changed a lot. The main changes will be from 5 period each day to 6 period each day. Class start at 8.30am for the 1st period and it ends at 4pm with period 6. Each period take up 1 hour and 15 minutes, instead of the previous 1 hour and a half.

CIMP is no more the same as it is used to be, but it's still likable enough.

That's all by now... more works awaiting me. Will update about private life and things about the LEO Club soon enough. Ciaoz!

Finally the semester is over!

I'm like, overjoyed, yet at the same time, filled with some degree of sadness.

I finally got rid of the burdens for a while.

However I'm gonna miss some of my CIMP friends.

Time flies when one is enjoying it the most.

Went to Sunway Lagoon again.

However it's way more fun this time, compare to the last time I was there. (The last time was quite fun... but not as fun as I had expected.)

The whole gang of us are like doing all the crazy acts and playing games like mad, we got lots of eyes looking at us.

So much fun until we almost run out of energy by laughing at everything we do.

Went to the One Utama Shopping Complex after this, and we had our dinner at Fish & Co. . The food there is sooo nice can die. XD Credits to Justin who intro us to this fabulous restaurant!

Feeling Wierd...

This few weeks have been quite good and interesting... but not without problems.

I think I procrastinated again. All the time I seems to be able to find some reasons for myself to put the works that are supposed to be done or due soon aside, and do something else, which might turn out to be pretty worthless.

Wonder if there's any medicine for procrastination? I'll be glad to have some if there is...

Anyway, the talent night of SyUC is such a hit! It was so nice! This is gonna be one of the best show/day in my lifetime. What we're totally awed of, is that Mr. Zibauer, who's usually a no-nonsense guy who seems to hold much grudge in himself, gone up the stage as a rapper! He even rapped and did the human-boom-box act! XD now that's freakin awesome!

Recently, there's so much events going on in SyUC & CIMP, my mind seems to be barely catching up with all that is happening.

I'm really getting kinda tired these days. Lethargic seems to hit me more than ever, and it's not quite surprising, considering the amount of sleep I had this few weeks.

Argh.

The worst part is!... most of my assignments deadline are like, all cramped up together in a short period.

I tell you... this is madness.

And it only get worse when the inspirations in my brain runs dry, leaving me helplessly staring out blank for most of the time, wondering what to do next.

Everything is gonna due soon but I have absolutely no idea what to do.

Die larh lidat.

I need to revive my brain, seriously.

Today was a rainy day with chilling wind.

It was the cultural day of CIMP.

Too bad I couldn't find my traditional Chinese clothings. *Sulks* =/

Celia, Jowee and me was at the yellow table, as usual. Celia was working with her laptop while I read some blogs from my comp, and move around pointlessly, with Jowee enjoying her snacks while reading the blogs showed on my lappie.

Soon I feel the crave of having something.

However I'm not sure what should I have.

At the same moment, Jowee, seems unstatisfied with her snack, says that she feels like having some chipsmore.

Without thinking much, I blankly replied: "go buy lah."

She replied: "No money..." and then she sighed (sounds sulky).

Now I have an idea what should I get.

I should get a pack of chipsmore.

I pretend to play with my bag a little while more, then grab my empty water bottle up, pretending as if I'm trying to fills it up.

I stood up, and gracefully walked towards the cafeteria.

In a short while, I returned with a pack of Chipsmore (with Hazelnut) and my bottle.

I put the pack of chipsmore beside Jowee, and she was suprised. =D

And the chipsmore moments started.

I still havent done my english-4U essay which is supposed to be due at 10am today. I so feel like strangling myself. Omigosh why am I being so lazy???

CIMP Prom Nite 2007 was kinda fun afterall, despite the slight problems with the technicals, food and services. Us students and lecturers are all having fun, and the later part of the event was us all dancing non-stop.

Time seems to past by, without us noticing how fast it walk by. Days past by, in a speed that goes like blink of an eye. True... it waits for no one...

Sigh. My memory power seems to be a shadow of it's former self... gone was the near photographic memories... replaced by a faint memory power... At times, i couldn't help but wonder what's going on with me... and meanwhile... trying my best to recall all the events that had happened for weeks...

Most of the assignments and presentations are over... save a few issued by mr. Shim, which will be due at next monday... Still struggling to make a proper map =.+;;; oh gawd.

Prom Nite was quite nice, but still, not happening enough. It's kinda nice at the last part, the dancings, though. The lights at the hall are flashing as we dance, making my sight feels weird... like looking at still images because of the speed-flashing effects. -_- Taken quite some pictures, gonna upload them sooner or later...

Last week, I've been over a friend's house and stay overnight, having some fun while sending the cash flowing like leaked water pipe. -_- It never fails to amuse me how bad my financial planning could go... being a BIG spender, and also being very GENEROUS... -___-;;;

My car is still unfixed, and I seems reluctant to send it for repair despite doesnt need to pay for virtually 1 cent... for it was paid by the culprit who banged my lovely little car with his big "buffalo" (Nissan Terrano)... Maybe I was just being lazy. Maybe I dont feel like letting it away from me for a day... who knows someone might just decide to call me out when I'm without it... Bah. Damn that careless fella who talked on the phone while driving! How dare you!

I feel the need of rest... like the Emerald Dreams is calling upon me... a good rest might be what I deserve after all the things that I've gone through over the week that left me virtually drained off dryly... Off I go...

Crappy Week.

Yes. This is how I should describe my days over this week. Losta unexpected events almost caught me totally offguard, and almost mess up everything I'm working through soo hard for a long time. Bloody hell.

It seems that whenever this kind of things happen, I tend to get more and more emo, and thus, acting cool, pissing off friends with a tone too cool happens. There's time I wonder just what is wrong with me, and what actually happened.

Nevertheless, there's still some interesting event happened this week. The Debate on the Myanmar's uprising conflicts, acting as UN representatives from countries, proved to be an awesome debate. Almost everyone was debating over the topic, trying to hold to their points, while sweeping their "opponents" off feet. Wished I could have choosen USA as the country I represent, yet it's Spain I got, although it doesnt matters much as Spain is still good enough for my use in the debate (gotta have something "connections" with the topic) Those US "representatives" in my class is like speechless for most of the time. Bleh.

Ahhh... seems like I'm just ranting. Nevermind. Probably that's one of the main reason I love blogs. Ranting out all my feelings here. Sweet.

Sigh... there's an exam on next tuesday... and I'm still sitting here figuring what should I do about it. @_@ Doesnt sounds funny. Any marks lower than 70 is totally unacceptable to me. Must try to get 80 and above... to save my own arse from being burned. MDM exam proved to be tougher than I thought, and somehow I feel like it's gonna get me into trouble i dont really want. Must do more group studies... and recruit ppl for World Issues group studies.

Life in college is exciting when u know how to enjoy it. Having a theme day proved to be interesting. Kudos for the unknown person who started this. Beach theme day was kinda fun, while simling when looking at all the ppl with beach outfit, including myself.

I need to gym, seriously. My body fat percentage is about 25%, and that's totally not good at all. *CRAP* Gotta get myself a Fitness Centre Membership ASAP, preferably California Fitness' Platinium Membership. Maybe I'll need to call up my friend to convince my headstrong mum for this... sigh.

Okay. Had enough craps for now. Guess I gotta go study for my world issues if I really wanna save my arse. Updates will come soon... and until I figure out how to work this blog out. Meh.
